- Are you open to your own romance?
Chelsea – After being hurt, I’m not sure I want to chance it. But also my mother warned me years ago when I was in love and facing a proposal that I shouldn’t hold the man back. I’m afraid I don’t have anything to offer a man but soiling his honor.
Kevin – I’m definitely open to romance but couldn’t see myself with anyone else but Chelsea, even though she turned me down at one time.
- What’s the number one quality you’d require in a mate?
Chelsea – I want someone to just be loyal and love me.
Kevin – I want someone who is a Christian and is devoted to a lifetime of love.
- Where is the best place you can think of to find a mate?
Chelsea – I thought the best place was in my hometown. Someone I’ve seen and maybe even grown up with.
Kevin – Definitely in my hometown. Someone I’ve known and grown alongside. Someone I’ve attended church with.
- What’s the one habit or lifestyle that would make you run the other way?
Chelsea – From experience, I wouldn’t want to be involved with someone from such a different culture like the Amish. The upbringing and cultures influence more within the relationship than I first knew.
Kevin – I must admit that I am not attracted to high maintenance types who must have their designer clothes and nails done. Guess I’m just a small town guy who would rather not deal with the pretentiousness.
- What would be a reason to end a potential romance for you?
Chelsea – I would end a potential romance if I felt my reputation was looking bad for the man. My mother has always told me to not bring dishonor to her, my family, or anyone else.
Kevin – I would think that I would end a potential romance if the person were to cheat on me by seeing someone else while they were seeing me. I haven’t had much experience in the area of romance, so this is hard to say.
- Where do you dream of getting married?
Chelsea – As a girl I always dreamed of getting married in my home church in Integrity, Tennessee. The church is so beautiful decorated with flowers and candles.
Kevin – As to the location for my wedding, I would enjoy being married in the church my parents were wedded in. I guess I’m a little more sentimental since the two of them are gone.
