Amanda Cabot’s Wild West Chowder
Are you looking for a way to use up the left-over turkey? If so, you might enjoy this easy-to-fix chowder.
Combine and heat thoroughly:
1 29-ounce can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1 cup water
1 tbsp taco seasoning (or more, if you prefer spicier foods)
2 cups milk
1 15-oz can corn, drained
2 cups cooked turkey, diced
Serves 6
For a vegetarian alternative, substitute a can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed, for the turkey.

I just finished your book Christmas Roses. It may have been a short book, but it was packed with all the ingrediance of an excellent book: It moved along very well; it had a Christian theme; romance; a mystery; and most of all a loving ending. I enjoyed your book very much.
