How My Hero & Heroine Meet in FEAR NO EVIL
New police officer, Lincoln Vailes, responds to a call at the local women’s shelter. There, he meets Jade Laurent, the new social worker. Small and petitie, Jade is standing toe-to-toe with a big bully of a man, who’s drunk and trying to get inside the shelter to a woman and child. Jade is holding her ground when Lincoln arrives. He is immediately impressed by the little snip of a woman showing no fear to the burly man. But little does Lincoln know that Jade’s falling apart inside.
Thrown together by circumstances far more dangerous than they could imagine, Lincoln and Jade must figure out who is behind the deadly deeds threatening Jade before a killer catches them in the crosshairs.

LOL…I love tough women of all sizes…I love to see a woman go up agaiinst a man, whether it is verbally or physically. J. D. Robb’s female detective and her husband face each other in the ring and it’s so much fun to decide whether she really is better or whether he’s pulling some punches…all done in love, however…
