A Romantic Getaway by Rose Allen McCauley:
I love the beach anywhere! Last year my husband and I flew to the lovely country of Puerto Rico to do research for my book Surrender to Peace.
Blue and green are my favorite colors, and I think God must be partial to them, too, since he used so many shades of them on our lovely earth, especially in Puerto Rico.
I hope you will enjoy a few pictures I am sharing with you of the beautiful, colorful sites in Puerto Rico, from the blues of the ocean and sky to the greens of the flora and fauna, especially in the El Yunque Rainforest.
Coqui frogs say their name Co – qui at night.
And if you like the beach and blues and greens, then I hope you will consider Puerto Rico as a romantic destination. It is an American Commonwealth, so although most people speak Spanish, you can usually find someone close by that speaks English.

My husband went to Hawaii and it was very romantic and beautiful and last year we cruised in parts of Alaska that was spectacular too.
